Booking method:
Complete and submit the online registration request to the hotel on or before 20 June 2019, 23.59pm (GMT +8). A confirmation email will be sent to registrant from the hotel.
Cancellation policy: Any cancellation or shorten of stay made after 20 June 2019, 23.59pm (GMT +8) will be subject to a penalty equal to first night room charge to guest’s credit card. Any no show will be subject to a penalty equal to entire stay period room charge and will be applied to guest’s credit card.

5. Robert Black College on University of Hong Kong campus (Application is closed.)

How to get to the College from airport
Booking method:
Complete and submit the reservation form (or reservation form for mainland Chinese registrant) on or before 1 March 2019 (extended deadline), 12.00pm (GMT +8). A notification email will be sent to registrants from IMMC. A booking confirmation email will then be sent to registrants from IMMC. Rooms are subject to availability.
Guaranteed by credit card is required. The card provided will only be charged when there is any cancellation policy violation (please refer to below cancellation policy). All expenses during the stay will be settled by guest when check out.
Cancellation policy:

No penalty for amendment or cancellation received two months prior to arrival.

One night room rental per room as penalty will be applied for amendment or cancellation received less than two months but more than one month prior to arrival.

Two nights room rental per room as a penalty will be applied for amendment or cancellation received less than one month but more than one week prior to arrival.

Five nights room rental per room as penalty will be applied for amendment or cancellation received less than one week but more than one day prior to arrival.

Full rental per room as penalty will be applied for amendment or cancellation received upon arrival day or no show.
6. Residential Halls on the University of Hong Kong campus (Application is closed.)
Residential halls on or off the University of Hong Kong campus are available for letting.
Facility provided: Double room with two single beds. Floors are on a single basis with communal bathrooms and toilets, WiFi, hot and cold water. Each person is provided with a bed, a pillow, 1 bedsheet, 1 blanket, a desk, a chair and a wardrobe. Air conditioning and linen will be provided but towels will not be.

Booking procedure (PLEASE READ THE BELOW INSTRUCTION CAREFULLY):
- Please complete and submit this reservation form (or reservation form for mainland Chinese registrant) on or before 24 Jan 2019, 12.00 pm (GMT +8). 50% deposit of the entire room rate is required and performed on or before 24 Jan 2019, 12.00 pm (GMT +8). Instruction of depositing will be sent to registrants after the submission of this reservation form.
- According to the residential halls policy, halls will be allocated to students from University of Hong Kong in priority. Visitors for the ICTMA19 will then be catered for room allocation. Please note that the submitted reservation does not guarantee a room.
- The result of room allocation will be released in mid-May 2019 through email to registrants from IMMC, the remaining 50 % room rate is require to be settled 8 weeks prior to arrival, the payment instruction will be sent to registrants in May 2019.
- If there is no room allocated to registrant in the release in May 2019, the deposit will be refunded to registrant and he/she has to seek room from other hotels.
Rooms are subject to availability, and booked on first-come, first-served basis.
Cancellation policy: If a booking is cancelled less than 8 weeks prior to arrival, 50% of total room rental per person as penalty will be applied.
